§ 03 — Optional modules (v1.1+)

Three optional modules ship in quarterly mothership drops starting v1.1. Activate from the portal when they land. Pricing announced at activation.

§ 04 — Service add-ons

For customers who want more hands-on involvement.

Stacking white-glove services on the base SKU lets us serve everything from sole traders to fifty-person firms without diluting the base price.

White-glove commissioning — on-site setup, integrations wired by Karel personally, training session for your team.
Operator retainer — monthly block of Karel's hours for decision reviews, prompt tuning, agent supervision.
Custom MCP integrations — beyond the standard Xero / Gmail / calendar set: e.g. industry-specific systems, internal databases.
Vertical-pack extension — bespoke agent + prompt-pack work for your industry's workflows.

§ 05 — The deposit

R5,000 refundable. EFT-only.

The deposit reserves your commissioning slot and signals serious intent. Pay it via EFT directly from the portal once you've configured your Box. Karel confirms scope on a call before issuing the balance invoice — fully refundable until that point.

Why EFT and not card? The base SKU is significant rand-denominated commerce. Card-processing fees on R30,000 are punitive. EFT keeps things clean and SA-domestic — we don't run customer money through an offshore merchant of record.

§ 06 — Frequently asked

Questions worth answering.

What if I cancel?

Your Box self-degrades through four documented stages over 28 days, and ends as a static archive on your hardware. You keep your data forever.

What if my internet dies?

Your Box runs for up to 14 days on cached credentials. Beyond that, it degrades gracefully until the mothership is reachable again.

How long does commissioning take?

From deposit-received to shipped: typically 5–10 working days. Karel personally provisions each Mini at our Cape Town master station.

Where is my data?

On your Mac Mini, at your premises. Not in the cloud. The mothership never sees customer business data — only counts and aggregates.

Can I switch modules later?

The four always-on modules ship with every Box. The three optional modules (Marketing, Social, CRM) activate from the portal in v1.1+.

Is this rugby-themed?

No. BlitzBox is a name that suits the product. We have no endorsement from any sporting body. The colour palette is its own thing.
